Curried Chicken (8 servings)

Ingredients
8 Chicken thighs1 medium onion, diced5 cups water (to cover)1 tsp. salt2 tbsp. curry powder1/2 cup flour
Directions
Place chicken in dutch oven; add water to cover; add diced onion & bring to boil; reduce to simmer for 10 minutes; mix paste of curry powder, flour & salt with lukewarm water; add to chicken mixture and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy with brown rice.
