Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 wedge Avocados, California (Haas), .75 fruit without skin and seeds Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .25 cup, shredded Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp .13 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Arrange spinach on a plate. Top with tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. Add italian dressing and red pepper flakes to taste.
