3 Cups Spelt Flour1/2 tsp of Salt3/4 tsp Baking Powder2 tbsp Butter3/4 Cup Warm Water
Mix dry ingredients first, then add butter and water until forms a dough ball. Roll out and then cook on a griddle, making sure not to cook it for too long.

Originally this recipe incIuded a gluten free tag so I gave it a poor rating. Spelt is a form of Wheat and must be avoided in a gluten free diet. Since the author has removed the gluten free tag, I have removed my rating of the recipe. Thank you to the author. - 6/21/09

Is that better?? I think this is a better alternative to wheat. It's healthier.
