Crab Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients
3 TBS Fat Free Italian Dressing3 TBS Light/Low Fat Mayo3 Large Hard Boiled Eggs2 Celery Stalks, diced1/4 cup Diced Red Onion1 TBS Sliced/Chopped Fresh Chives3.5oz Chicken of the Sea Premium REAL (not imitation) Jumbo Lump Crab Meat (found in refrigerator section in small tub).2 Ripe Avocados, Halved and pitted (you can peel - but it may be easier to eat if you leave in skin and just scoop out)
Directions
In bowl, whisk together dressing and mayo until creamy.

Add the next 4 ingredients (egg, celery, onion, chives) and blend well.

Gently fold in crab meat.

Add salt & pepper to taste if wanted.

Divide mixture into 4 equal parts (approx 1/2 cup) and spoon onto top of avocado halves.

Garnish with additional chives if desired.
