Organic white bread

6 cups organic white flour1tsp dried yeast1 tsp salt400 ml cold water400 ml boiling water
makes 2 loaves each of 8 slices
Stir together the flour and the salt and the yeast. Blend the two waters together to make the corect temperature. Stir the water into the flour and knead for 10 to 15 minutes until smooth and elastic. Leave in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour. When double in size, knock back and shape into two round shaped loaves. Dust with a little extra flour and slash the top of each loaf with a knife. Place each loaf on a greased baking tray and leave to rise for about 30 minutes till double in size. Bake in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes.
