Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
1 box graham crackers (you will have some left)2 boxes sugar free fat free vanilla pudding3 cups milk1 16oz container of fat free cool whip1 tub chocolate frosting
Directions
Mix the two packages of pudding with the 3 cups of milk. Fold in the whipped topping.

Lay 1/3 of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Spoon on half of the pudding mixture.

Add another third of the graham crackers.

Add remaining pudding mixture.

Top with the rest of the graham crackers.

Remove all of the foil seal from the frosting. Microwave for 45 seconds.

Pour frosting over cake and spread evenly with a spatula.

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
