Brown Rice, Wheat Berry, & Wild Grain Salad

Ingredients
3 c brown rice, cooked2 c wild rice, cooked2 c wheat berries, cooked1/2 c dried apricots, chopped1/2 c dried cranberries1/2 c golden raisins1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted1/2 c pecans, chopped, toasted
Directions
12 servings (3/4 cup each)
Combine the three grains in a large bowl.
Toast the nuts in a dry skillet.
Combine the grains, dried fruits, and nuts.
Can be served as a breakfast dish.
Can also be served over salad greens with added chopped celery and flat-leaf parsley
