* Rice flour, white, 1 cup (remove) * Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded (remove) * Plums, .5 cup, sliced (remove) * Apricots, fresh, 1.5 cup, halves (remove) * *French Vanilla Flavoring, 1 tbsp (remove) * Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * *Almond Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) * Apples, dried, 1 cup (remove) * *Splenda, 4 tsp (remove)
Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until ground. Place in greased loaf pan. Can top with ground nutmeg, or lemon zest. Bake for half hour, look at it and see if ready to remove from oven. Should be firm and not goey. Remove from oven when done. Cool and cut and wrap for travel.
