Kielbasa with Roasted Potatoes & Apple Slaw

Ingredients
6 medium red skinned potatoes, thinly sliced1 T. vegetable oilsalt/pepper to taste1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 6ths, slashed in several places1 medium apple16 oz. bag coleslaw mix1/2 c. light mayonaisse1 T. cider vinegar
Directions
Heat broiler. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper; scatter over baking sheet. Broil 10 minutes or until lightly browned and soft.
Top with kielbasa, broil until hot.
Meanwhile, cut apple in 1/2" chunks and slice scalli9ons. Combine in large bowl with mayonaisse and vinegar.
Serve slaw as a side dish with potatoes and kielbasa
