1 can (15 1/4 oz.) Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn, No Salt Added1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes, No Salt Added6 oz. (1 1/4 cup) chopped cooked chicken1/2 cup chopped green or red sweet pepper2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper2 cups hot cooked brown rice
Combine corn, tomatoes, chicken, sweet pepper, thyme, bouillon granules and crushed red pepper in medium saucepan; heat through.
Serve over rice.
