I have found I can use spray oil (like Pam Olive oil) and even cook it without oil for and even lower calorie count! - 2/21/11

I've used grill seasoning in place of salt for a flavorful change. No, they aren't potato chips, but they are crunchy goodness! - 2/17/10

I've made these a couple of times and really enjoy them. When they're cooked crispy they have a nutty, sort of popcorn flavor. looking for kale with smaller leaves, tossing with a smidge of olive oil inside of a plastic bag, then baking on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. They're yummy! - 8/19/10

So yummy!! I added a bit of balsamic vinegar and it was so delicious I nearly ate the entire thing! - 7/19/10

I'm addicted to kale chips now. I have always burned them, but I have been cooking them with the heat too high. I've found that the curlier ends are the best part while the flat leaves are more bitter. Either way I'm an addict! :-) - 12/7/09

I made these yesterday, & added too much salt! Next time I'll go easy on the salt. - 1/27/11

Great treat! Crunchy, salty, delightful. I'd keep an eye out on these while baking though, mine took only 15 minutes to become crispy. - 12/20/10
