3FAITHFUL
I've made these a couple of times and really enjoy them. When they're cooked crispy they have a nutty, sort of popcorn flavor. looking for kale with smaller leaves, tossing with a smidge of olive oil inside of a plastic bag, then baking on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
