Creamed Cauliflower

Cauliflower, 4 cupsMilk, 1%, 0.5 cupWhite Flour, 3 tbspSmart Balance, Light, 3 tbspVelveeta Cheese, 4oz
Directions
Cook cauliflower until soft. Bring milk and butter to a boil. Add flour to almost for a paste. Melt velveeta into the paste mixture. Add cauliflower.
