Easy Chicken Salad with Cranberries

3 tbsp miracle whip (adjust this based on your tastes)1/3 cup dried cranberries6-8 oz. baked chicken breast, chopped (when cooking this I added Ms. Dash to add some flavor - the grilling mates one has worked the best for me so far but try experimenting)
Mix all ingredients together and serve as a sandwich or over a salad.

This was a very easy recipe to make and instead of using regular miracle whip, I used the light version and then I added some chopped walnuts to the mix and it really added that "something extra special!!" It is by far the best tasting chicken salad I have ever put in my mouth! Eat with pita chips!! - 8/23/09
