Crust:5 sheets of low fat graham crackers10 Girl Scout Cookies (trefoils)5 tablespoons of butterCake:2 lbs of tofu1.5 cups of maple syrup1 cup of corn oil.5 cup of lemon juice1 tab of vanilla2 tabs of arrowroot2 tsps of salt
Blend Filling.
Press the mixed well base into an oiled springform pan. Pour in tofu mixture. Bake 1.5 hours at 375 degrees or until golden and firm. Let cool overnight. Top with fruit preserve or fresh fruit.
