Vegetable Barley Soup

2 Tbls Olive Oil1 Cup Diced Onion2 Tsp Minced Garlic2 Diced Carrots9 Tsp Orrington Low Sodium Beef Flavoring Dissolved in some of the water1 Can Diced Tomatoes with juice3 Cups Chopped Cabbage1 Cup Frozen Peas7 Cups Water2 Tsp Dried Basil1 Tsp Celery Seed1 Whole Bay Leaf Lite Salt and Pepper to Taste
Heat up the oil then cook the onions a few minutes, add the garlic and cook a couple more minutes, then add the carrots and cook a few more minutes.
Then add the spices, Basil, Celery Seed, Bay Leaf.
Add the Flavored Water, Diced Tomatoes, Cabbage, and Barley.
Add the peas about 10 minutes before it's finished cooking.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 50 minutes.
