Ingredients
5 skinless/boneless Chicken BreastChopped Garlic, 3 tsp White Onion, Raw, 1.5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Curry powder, 1 tbsp Chicken Broth, Light & Fat Free, College Inn (50% less sodium), 1 cup 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Place in crockpot, cook low 6 hours.

    So simple and yummy. I doubled the curry powder and used a whole can of chicken broth so I had some extra sauce to put over my harvest blend... yum! - 8/17/09
