Ingredients
5# chuck pot roast2 medium onions1 family size can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup, low fat or low sodium1 pkg. Lipton's dry onion soup mix1 tsp. powdered garlic1/2 tsp. black pepper4 Tbsp. flour
Directions
Cut 5 pounds of pot roast into 2" cubes and add to crock pot. Add 2 medium onions chopped coarsely. Add 1 can low fat, low sodium Family size Campbell's cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 pkg Lipton's dry onion soup mix. Add 1 tsp. garlic, 1/2 tsp. pepper, and 4 tbsp. flour. Slow cook overnight. Serve with whole grain rice. Makes 24 servings
