Better Spaghetti Carbonara Pepperoni

Pam butter cooking spray1 pkg Hormel Turkey Pepperoni1 c. chopped onion3/4 c. Egg Beaters (original)1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. minced garlic1 pkg. (13 oz) Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Boil spaghetti per package directions.
Spray large frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Saute minced garlic pepperoni and onion until onion is softened and pepperoni is slightly crisp.
In a large measuring cup combine egg beaters, black pepper and grated cheese; set aside.
Drain spaghetti and return to pan, add pepperoni onion mixture and add egg mixture to hot spaghetti constantly stirring, it will cook on contact with the hot pasta.
Blend everything well. Serve with green / spinach salad for complete meal.
Serves 8.. (Good for leftovers)
