quick chicken ala king

Ingredients
24 oz or roughly 6 decent sized chicken breasts cooked & cubed1 large greenpepper chopped roughly 1.5 cups2 cups fresh mushroom pieces3 TBSP olive oil (not butter as previously suggested)1 cup flour1 jar pimentos2 1/2 cups fat free chicken broth3 cups skim or fat free milk salt & pepper to taste
Directions
if chicken is not already cooked & cubed, that takes the longest.....

put 3TBSP of olive oil in a large skillet & cook peppers & mushrooms over medium heat til med tender. Add the flour, broth, milk, and salt & pepper & continue cooking & stirring until almost boiling. Add chicken & pimentos and cook til heated thru. Can be served over the rice of your choice, eggnoodles, or toast triangles... enjoy!
