1 can cheddar cheese soup1 can nacho cheese soup1 lb ground beef cooked8 tortilla shells1 can rotelmexican cheese mix shredded
Makes 8 enchiladas
Cook ground beef; drain
Spray a baking dish. Fill tortillas with meat and cheese.
Mix soups and drained rotel. Pour over rolled up tortillas.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Until heated.
