Kev's Banana & Apple Muffins

Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 0.25 cupEgg, fresh, 1 mediumCinnamon, ground, 0.50 tspVanilla Extract, 0.25 tspBaking Soda, 0.5 tspFlour, whole grain, 0.50 cupSplenda No Calorie Sweetener, 12 tspJust Bran (like All Bran), 15 gram(s) (remove)Apple Butter (Kev's Home made), 50 gramBanana - 1 small, chopped or mashed depending on your preference (approx 100g)
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl (including banana)
3. Combine the two together - mix well
4. Scoop into muffin cups
5. Bake at pre-heated 180 for 15 mins
6. Allow to cool a bit before eating or they will stick to the paper cups.
