Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour1 cup all purpose flour3/4 cup splenda1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3 over ripe bananas1/2 tsp vanilla2 eggs3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Pour in greased loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean.

Possible add-ins: 1/2 cup blueberries or 1 tsp cinnamon or 1/2 cup walnuts.
