Chicken Caccatori

Ingredients
Directions
1 Chicken breast (approx 6 oz)1/2 cup each - onion, mushroom, green pepper1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp olive oil1-1.5 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (I used spaghetti)1 cup roasted garlic pasta sauce
Cook and drain pasta - set aside
Chop onions, mushrooms and pepper
Heat 1tsp of olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat
Add garlic and veggies - cook until mushrooms release moisture
Pound and dice chicken breast
Add to veggie mixture and cook until brown on both sides
Add the pasta sauce , reduce heat and simmer approx 10-15 min
Mix in cooked pasta and serve
