Ingredients
1 15 oz can of pumpkin (just pumpkin, not the pie filling)1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (vanilla flavor is also good)1 cup 1% milk (substitute skim or soy if desired, though calorie count will differ)1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more to taste)1.5 tsp fresh ginger, grated (substitute dried if desired)1 tsp nutmeg3-4 ice cubes.
Directions
Mix all ingredients with immersion blender, regular blender or food processor. Makes 4 1-cup servings. May be frozen if desired for later.
