Easy Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
3 cups baked sweet potatoes1/4 cup brown sugar, packed4 tbsp butter
Directions
Wash sweet potatoes and poke holes in skins for steam. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour or until very soft. Let potatoes cool enough to handle. Peel sweet potatoes. Mix butter and sugar into sweet potatoes. 4 svgs.
