Breakfast Egg Nog (low carb) w/Atkins Shake

Ingredients
3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract (pure)Sweetner of choice (I use Sweetzfree)cinnamon and nutmeg to taste1/4 serving of Atkins Vanilla Shake1/4 cup pumpkin or 1 handful raw spinach (or both) if desired (add additional nutritional info if used).
Directions
Put all in blender and blend until smooth. Add about 1/4 cup of crushed iced and blend until cold. If using pumpkin or spinach (or both, which is great) add and liquify before adding ice.
