Portobello Mushroom Burgers w/sauce

Ingredients
4 portobello mushroom - wash and remove stems1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp round pepper3 tbs olive oil3 tablespoons plain greek yogurt1/2 cup avacado (puree)1/2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
brush mushrooms and onion w/olive oil and sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper on onions and mushroom
cook mushrooms in pan or on grill for 8 mins (turn them once)
remove mushrooms from pan and cook onion in same pan until browned
in a bowl mix rest of salt and pepper with avocado, yogurt, garlic until creamy
spread the sauce on the bun
place mushrooms and onion on bun - NOW ENJOY!
