Mahi Mahi Tacos w/Chipotle Cream

1.2 c low fat sour cream1/8 tsp salt1 canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce, seeded & minced1 1/2 c chopped onion, divided1 1/2 c chopped tomato, divided2 tbsp butter1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon4 garlic cloves, minced3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1 pound mahi mahi, skinned1 tsp grated lime rind2 tbsp fresh lime juice4 lo carb tortillas
Combine sour cream, 1/8 tsp salt, and chile, set aside. Combine 1/2 c onion and 1/2 c tomato, set aside.
Melt butter in skillet over med heat. Add 1 c onion, 1 c tomato, cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, cinnamon, and minced garlic, cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in cilantro. Arrange fish over onion mixture in pan, cover & cook 3 minutes. Turn fish, cover & cook 2 min. Break fish into chunks. Stir in rind and juice, cook 2 min. Remove from heat.
Warm tortillas,fill each tortilla with 1/2 c fish mixture and 1/4 c reserved onion mixture, top each serving w/2 tbsp chipotle cream. Fold or roll up.
