Vegetable "Beef" Bow Tie Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or lean ground beef - calculated with ground chicken1 1/2 C whole wheat bow tie pasta1 can beef broth1/2 C water2 tsp season salt1 medium green pepper - diced1 can Italian style tomatoes - drained1 C (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large skillet cook chicken or beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add broth, pasta, water and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add pepper and tomato and cook for 2 - 3 more minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
