Skillet taco dinner

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey2 cans kidney beans1 can corn1 can chopped tomatoes3 cups cooked brown rice1 cup shredded chedderTaco seasoning to taste
Directions
Combine chopped onions and hamburger in skillet, cook until done. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, rice, cheese and seasoning. Blend together and cook for 15-20 minutes until well heated. You can eat this alone or put in a tortilla, add some lettuce and tomatoes, low fat sour cream and enjoy.
