Fresh Tomato & Basil Sauce

Ingredients
2 medium whole Red Ripe Tomatoes, (2-3/5" dia) 2/3 cup Basil, loosely packed1 clove Garlic2 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Place tomatoes, and garlic in a food processor; pulse until just combined. Add cheese, pulse again. Add basil leaves, and pulse again. Slowly add oil, while pulsing.

Toss over hot pasta just to coat.
