Spicy Chicken Shrimp Pasta Sauce

No salt spaghetti sauceNo salt stewed tomatoesDiced tomatoes (italian style)Chicken breast (boned and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)shrimp (medium) shelled and deveinedOnion (medium) minced but not too finecrushed red pepperPam -olive oil
makes approx. 16 1/2 cup servings
Heat deep skillet (large) and spray Pam olive for about 8-10 seconds to cover bottom of pan. Place chicken in a single layer and brown for about 5 minutes on each side.
After chicken is seared, place all ingredients except shrimp in skillet, cover and let simmer on lowest setting for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to prevent sticking. Then place shrimp in skillet and let simmer an additional 20 minutes.
Serve over pasta or rice as a main dish.
