Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 4 cup*Balsamic Vinegar, 16 tbsp*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
I purchase green beans already washed and in a bag. Makes 8- 1/2 cup servings.

Microwave green beans to desired doneness. (I undercook mine slightly.) You can cut them into bite size pieces. I leave them whole.

Place in bowl or heavy duty zip top bag. Add other ingredients and shake.
