Crockpot Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
3 lbs. chicken breast, boneless, skinless1 tablespoon paprika1 jar stuffed olives, sliced6 oz. can tomato paste1 cup water2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon blackpepperrice
Directions
Combine paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Sprinkle spice mixture on each piece of chicken. Place in crockpot. Mix tomato paste and water together. Pour over the chicken. Add sliced olives. Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours on low, or 5 to 6 hours on high. Serve over cooked rice. 8 servings.
