Blueberry Tart with Almond Crust

Ingredients
Crust:1c Almond flour1/2c Graham crumbs1/4c butter2t vanilla1/2c splendaFilling:1 box instant vanilla pudding (30g)2T sweetened coconut flakes1pint fresh blueberries
Directions
*preheat oven 350 deg (convection 300deg)

*Crust:
.prepare almond flour, place in bowl along with graham crumbs & set aside
.mix tog. butter, vanilla & splenda & add to flour, blend thoroughly with a spatula
.spread in bottom of pie plate
& bake until golden, about 15 min until golden
.cool

*Filling:
.prepare pudding according to directions & add coconut
.place in cooled crust
.add blueberries, arranging & pressing into the pudding slightly

*allow to set in fridge at least 1 hr
*enjoy :)
