Butterscotch Brownies

Ingredients
4 Tbsp butter, melted1 cup light brown sugar1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla1 cup flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Beat butter and sugar well.
Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
Sift dries together, then add to butter.
Butter pan (8" square).
Bake at 350 for 20 min, knife test.

Easy and delicious! Makes 12 2 x 3 pieces @129 calories per bar (but can be cut into 16 - would be 97 calories per bar).
You can also add nuts or chocolate chips.
