Ingredients
4 lb. ground pork5 lb. lean ground beef1 cup of chopped oinion 2 cups of chopped mushrooms1 cup of chopped water ceastnuts1 cup of chopped bamboo shoots4 large eggs2 tbl. salt3 tsp. pepper4 dashes soy sauce3 packages of wonton wrapsmix all ingredients together make sure mixed well.spoon 1 full spoon full on to wrapper and roll seal ends with a little water and flour. repeat this till you have used all.
Directions
useing a fry daddy or deep fryer heat it well canolla oil is best.
put in fryer for 8 to 10 minutes will be very golden brown.
drain well. they are ready to eat.
this makes between 80 to 90 small egg rolls
can be frozen and warmed

    You didn't add the oil in the Ingredient Details so I sprayed my lumpias with pam and then baked them in the oven until golden brown and crispy. That way the calories didn't change
