Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat pancake mix *1/2 cup milk*1 egg1 tbsp oil*(*see description for details regarding brands I used for nutritional content)
Directions
-Combine all ingredients until blended, then let stand for 5 minutes
-Pour 1/4-cup of batter onto nonstick skillet or griddle. Wait for bubbles to form and edges to set. Flip cake and cook until lightly browned.
