Marinated Tomatoes, Onion, and Green Peppers

Ingredients
4 large red, ripe tomatoes1 large red onion, thinly sliced1 large green pepper, thinly sliced3 T. extra virgin olive oil1 T. Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar1 t. Morton's salt substitute (or table salt or Kosher salt)1 t. Frank's Red Hot sauce1 T. lemon juice (or lime juice)1/2 t. garlic powder (or minced fresh garlic to taste)
Directions
Arrange sliced tomatoes, onion, and green pepper in shallow bowl. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over all. Allow to marinate for several hours (or overnight) before serving. Serves 8.
