2 (15 oz cans) Chickpeas, drained and rinsed1/4 cup flat leaf parsley1 sm red bell pepper2 med. tomatoes, diced 4 scallions, white and light green parts, sliced6 Kalamata olives, pitted and quartered2 oz feta cheese, crumbledDressing: 1 tbs fresh lemon juice1 tbs red wine vinegar1 garlic clove mincedsalt and fresh ground pepper4 tbs extra virgin olive oil2 tbs plain lowfat yogurt (fage)
Directions
Mix together the salad ingredients

whisk together dressing ingredients.

mix dressing in with salad.

Keep refridgerated.

Feeds 4 as a main dish, 6 as a side.
