Cholesterol Free Potato Salad

Ingredients
5 lb Idaho Potatoes2 cups chopped red bell peppers2 cups diced celery1 cup fresh chopped onions1 cup fat free sour cream1 cup Hellman's Canola Cholesterol Free MayonnaiseBlack PepperGarlic PowderPaprika
Directions
1. Peel Potatoes.
2. Cut potatoes into small cubes
3. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes.
**While boiling**
4. Chop peppers, celery, and onions, and toss in a bowl.
5. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream into vegetables.
6. When potatoes are finished boiling, drain and add to mayo/sour cream mix.
7. Toss until evenly coated.
8. Cover top of salad with a layer of pepper, a layer of paprika, and a layer of garlic powder.
9. Toss again until evenly mixed.

Makes 40 1/2 cup servings
