1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker crumbs2 tablespoons splenda3 tablespoons margarine, melted1 tablespoon honey3 (8 oz) packages fat free cream cheese3/4 cup sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 325.
To make the crust: combine graham crackers, splenda, margarine and honey. Pat mixture into the side of the pan.
To make filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, cornstarch and vanilla. Add sour cream, mixing well.
Pour mixture into crust. Bake until cheesecake is set but still slightly soft.
