Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups buttermilk1 egg1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat griddle. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Drop by large spoonful onto hot griddle. Flip to other side after bubbles form and edges start to cook. Serve immediately.
