1 Cup Lotus Foods Bhutanese Red Rice1 1/2 Cups Filtered Water1 1/2 Cups Light Soymilk1 1/2 Tbsp Madhava Agave Nectar1/4 Cups Raisins1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
(According to package directions) in a small saucepan, combine rice and water. Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for a few minutes. Fluff with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and return to medium heat and stir until it reaches desired thickness. If it is thicker than you like it, add more soymilk.
Divide into 6 servings.
