Tuna Salad without Mayo

Ingredients
1 pack of White Albacore Tuna (in water)1 boiled egg.5 avocado mashed
Directions
-Boil an egg for about 10 minutes make sure its cooked all the way!
-Mash up half the avocado with a fork and put in a bowl.
-Add the tuna to the bowl and mix.
-After the egg is done, peel and chop and add!
-Its also good on whole wheat bread if you don't just like it alone!
