crap and lobster bisque

2 lobster tails, steamed and chopped.1 small onion finely diced2 celery stalks finely diced2 cloves garlic minced.2 tbsp flour3 cups chicken stock2 cups fat free half and half9 oz salad shrimp1 tsp creole seasoning3 oz tomato pasteparsley, garnish
1. Steam lobster tails until done. Chop and and set aside.
2. Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add chopped celery, onion, and garlic and cook 5 minutes.
3. Add flour and cook 3 more minutes.
4. Add chicken stock and simmer 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Add lobster and shrimp. Add half and half and creole seasoning. Cook through and serve immediately.
