4 ripe bananas2 cups self-raising flour1 egg, beaten1 cup of baking splenda2 tablespoons of low fat milk1 tablespoon of cinnamin sugarpinch of salt
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius and grease muffin tray.
2. Beat the egg and the bananas in a large bowl.
3. Sift flour and add all ingredients to bowl. Mix well.
4. Fill muffin trays approximately 3/4 full and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
