Tuna casserole

Ingredients
1 can of tuna drained (in water for less fat)3 cups of cooked chopped vegetables of choice (i like onions, carrots, celery)1 can cream of broccoli1/4 cup of breadcrums (i use Breton thin wheat crackers)
Directions
In a oven proof dish, spread tuna in the bottom. Add cooked veggies over tuna, pour the cream broccoli over the veggies and finish with the breadcrums. Cook in a 350 oven for about 40 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered to get a crust.
