Fat-free cream cheese, Reduced fat shredded cheddar, no msg salt, no msg black pepper, garlic, olivio buttery spread.
Serving size 6 persons. Preheat oven to 350* wash portabello mushrooms, remove stems and scrape inside of cap to remove black stuff, in microwave safe container soften cream cheese for 35 seconds. Mix all ingredients into the cream cheese except for half of the shredded cheese(save that to top off mushrooms inside pan) spray bottom of a glass baking dish with buttery spread. place mushrooms inside pan, spoon evenly the amount of cream cheese into each of the mushroom caps. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese across tops of mushrooms, place in oven for 15 mins. Bake until cheese on top of mushrooms turns golden brown.
