Mushroom Stir Fry with Rice Pasta

14 ounces rice pasta1 block tofu firm3 tbsp tamarijuice 1/2 lemon1 tbsp whole wheat flour1 tbsp molasses8 oz shittake mushrooms8 oz sliced white mushrooms1 clove garlice2 tsp ground ginger1 red bell pepper sliced thin
While water is boiling, cut tofu, mushrooms, mince garlic and cut red bell pepper. Add rice pasta to boiling water. Cook for 15-17 minutes. While pasta is cooking, heat large skillet. Add 2 tbsp tamari and sliced tofu. Cook until tofu is brown. Remove tofu. Add shiitake mushrooms, stir one minute, add white mushrooms, stir one minute, add garlic, stir one minute, add bell pepper and ginger.
In small bowl mix rest of tamari, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp molasses. Add to skillet to make a sauce. Put pasta on plates and add stir fry.
